Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Coaching and Yoga Sessions
Saskia Telzer
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching and yoga sessions conducted by Saskia Telzer both in Germany and abroad.
2. Registration and Payment
The descriptions of services on the website do not constitute binding offers. Bookings for coaching or yoga sessions can be made via the contact form on the website or directly by emailing hello@saskia-telzer.com. Saskia Telzer will confirm the booking of the coaching or yoga session by email.
Following the session, the participant will receive an invoice, which must be settled within 7 days of receipt. In the case of booking a package, an advance payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Payment in instalments is available, meaning a pro-rata amount is payable after each session.
3. Compensation for non-attendance or last-minute cancellation of coaching and yoga sessions.
If you are unable to attend an agreed coaching or yoga session, you are asked to cancel at least 48 hours before the session. In the event of a later cancellation or non-attendance, the full fee for the scheduled session will be charged, as a replacement cannot be found at short notice.
4. Disclaimer
Saskia Telzer accepts no liability whatsoever for any health, material or financial damage arising in connection with participation in a coaching or yoga session.
5. Miscellaneous provisions
Should any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
By registering for a coaching or yoga session, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Retreats
Saskia Telzer
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all yoga retreats offered by Saskia Telzer in Germany and abroad.
2. Registration and Payment
Registration for a retreat must be made in writing by email. Upon receipt of the registration, participants will receive an invoice. The invoice amount must be paid immediately upon receipt. A place on the retreat is only provisionally reserved once payment has been received and confirmed. Once payment has been made, participants may plan and book their own travel arrangements.
3. Arrival and departure
Participants are responsible for organising their own travel to and from the retreat. The costs of travel to and from the retreat are borne by the participants themselves.
4. Minimum number of participants
The retreat will only take place if a minimum of 8 people sign up. If this number is not reached, Saskia Telzer reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
5. Cancellation policy
Should a participant withdraw from the booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
· 3–6 months before the start date: a 20% administration fee of the total amount.
· 1–3 months before the start date: a 50% administration fee of the total amount.
· Less than 1 month before the start date: 100% of the total amount.
It is possible to provide a replacement participant. In this case, cancellation fees will not apply.
6. Disclaimer
Participation in a retreat is at your own risk. Each participant is personally responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by their own actions. Saskia Telzer accepts no liability whatsoever for any health, material or financial damage arising in connection with participation in a retreat. Participants are responsible for taking out appropriate travel and accident insurance.
7. Force majeure and cancellation by the organiser
Saskia Telzer reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest). In this case, any payments already made will be refunded in full. Any further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs, are excluded.
