Imagine waking up in an old farmhouse, surrounded by silence. Fog hangs over the water, the forest rustles softly, and for a few days, there’s nothing to do—just you.
From October 29 to November 1, Haus Rhade in the Sauerland region opens its doors for a weekend that reconnects you with your body, your heart, and your inner voice.
The yoga sessions take place in lovingly renovated stables, a space full of character, warmth, and history. You’ll be nourished by delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine that feeds, grounds, and strengthens you.

You can book your room directly through Haus Rhade or through me. Thursday and Sunday each count as half days, making a total of 3 days.
